Excess shipping costs paid and not used will be refunded. The shipping is done by weight and calculated based on location, there are some products that due to the nature (some dangerous goods) will be expensive as the options are limited in companies willing to ship. Please make sure that you select the right area as it will delay in shipping. We do sell larger quantities (200L and 1000L) but due to the logistics and making sure shipping 100% accurate we only do these by phone order or email where we can converse with you. If we are unable to meet an order or there is a fault you will receive a timely refund or replacement.
