Acetone is a very versatile solvent in that it can be used for cleaning tools off after using resins and fibreglass, will soften and remove glues (including Super glue), is a very efficient & heavy duty degreaser and is even used in nail polish removal. It is very effective for cleaning down surfaces prior to painting and is even used alongside particular oils to produce penetrating fluids.

Directions for use 
 
Acetone can be sprayed on, used in a rag (lint free) to wipe down and used for soaking; the product is fast drying so it will evaporate quickly when used as a soaker but will give off a flammable vapour, keep any containers covered with a lid.
When using it to prep a surface for sealing, make sure you leave it to evaporate before applying sealant.
Always put lid back on container when not in use to avoid product evaporation or possible explosion.
